MailerLite

Provided via MailerSend, a separate sister product under the same parent company with SSO into a MailerLite account. It is a distinct product with its own signup and pricing (mailerlite.com/pricing-mailersend), not a billed add-on within MailerLite's own plans.

SMTP relay is a MailerSend capability (up to 5 SMTP users per domain), accessed via the same SSO relationship, not part of core MailerLite plans.

Current REST API (released March 2022) covers subscribers, campaigns, automations, groups, segments, fields, forms, and webhooks; authenticated via API key. Older Classic API v1/v2 is deprecated.

Events include subscriber.created, subscriber.updated, subscriber.unsubscribed, subscriber.added_to_group.

Drag-and-drop workflow builder with delay/condition/A-B-test steps and triggers including abandoned cart, purchases, form completions, and date-based events. Free plan is capped at a handful of automation steps; Comfort allows up to 50 automations; Power is unlimited with support for multiple triggers per workflow.

MailerLite's own help content describes only general list-hygiene features (inactivity cleanup, double opt-in, reCAPTCHA on forms) rather than a dedicated deliverability toolset. Deeper tooling (spam-word/SpamAssassin checks, blocklist monitoring, inbox-placement prediction) is provided by MailerCheck, described as a separate sister product/company, not confirmed as a bundled MailerLite feature. States services are hosted in data centers located in the EU (Germany and the Netherlands), certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. The DPA separately notes data may also be transferred elsewhere the company or sub-processors operate, under Standard Contractual Clauses/DPF.

No SOC 2 attestation is mentioned on MailerLite's own security statement; the certification it publicizes is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 instead.
